Evaluation Day - Your Dog’s First Day at the Club
Every dog begins with an Evaluation Day. This allows them plenty of time to get used to MCC and for our staff to ensure they are a good fit for group play.
Meet the Team & Explore
We start slowly. Your dog gets time to meet our staff, sniff around, explore the facility and become comfortable in a new environment.
Introduce a Few Friends
Once they’re settled, we introduce them to a few calm, social dogs individually or in a small group. We’re watching how they communicate, play and respond to other dogs.
Join Daycare
If those introductions go well, we gradually bring them into the daycare environment. Our team stays close and watches for comfort, appropriate play, stress and overall compatibility.
Settle In & Have Fun
If they are comfortable and a good fit for daycare, then they will pass their Evaluation Day. They can spend the rest of the day making friends and experiencing a normal day at MCC. If they are uncomfortable or not a good fit for daycare, we may ask that they are picked up early.
After Evaluation Day
If your dog passes their Evaluation Day, welcome to the Club! Their Paw Partner account will be opened for regular daycare reservations, and after they become an established daycare member they'll also have access to members-only boarding and spa services.
